4. Work on your balance. When you have great balance, you are less likely to drop and crack a bone. You can do Tai Chi, which is low impact and helps seniors with balance while also building strength. Just practising balancing on one foot will improve your balance.

1 . Keep your goals reasonable. It's a lot better to work out regularly and safely than working out hard every so often. Get inspiration by establishing goals you are able to achieve.
