You can start creating webpage once you learn this skill properly. These skills are easily learned and once you have them down, you can begin to apply them immediately in designing WebPages.

You also need to have skills in legal issue, contracts and how much to charge.

Web designers mainly work on the look and feel of their webpages. They also focus on design layout and graphics. Artistic skill is also needed. You should also be aware of color theory and composition. You are required to know the designs that flow and the white spaces. All this skills need to be combined to provide excellent content.

As you progress in this field, you will want to keep a portfolio of your designs and sites you?ve created. This will help sell your skills to prospective clients. You should mention whatever you done till date in the portfolio. Remember, the respective client wants to see what you have done. You want a wide variety of items that demonstrate your skills.
