Strategies are the best way to fasten work into a matter of time. If there is no strategy being applied in the matter and plan, it may not slow the progress and gaining process of a certain company. Strategies should be done before putting plan into actions. Actions which are not affiliated with strategies could slow the process or procedure.

As a leader you need to have a goal in the business. Being the person given task on finding those potential persons, you need to have a legit goal where members of yours may see this as inspiration. Doing things that are not applicable to the set goals it could be the reason why company is not booming up.

Make a plan where board members can appreciate it. The plan should be applicable and motivational to those persons being found. Old and potential persons may have some reasons why they are not accepting the offer, find and solve that particular reason just to convince him. Plans should be done before starting and ending the business.

Supporting each leader or member is the best to way to give respect into copartners. Avoid doings that are not necessary to the given work or job. Support member or leader problem to avoid complications. It is very important to give respect by doing support so it will help the management to be better than usual.

In this matter, there should be a support when it talks about business members. Without plan and doing random actions it will just conflict everything. Goal is very important, it can motivate each members or even leader to be more productive. If the individual is having a problem, by applying strategies it can solve in a matter of time.
